基于协同理论的“三全育人”资助体系的构建 被引量:3

Construction of "Entire three Education" Funding System Based on Synergetic Theory

摘要 我国高校学生资助取得了跨越式发展,初步建立了以学生为中心,资助为手段,育人为目标,集政府、社会、高校、家庭和学生为参与主体的'五位一体'的学生资助育人体系,但仍存在还不完善的问题,主要表现为育人资金来源不均衡、育人机构主体局限化、育人效果不尽如人意等。基于协同理论,尝试提出将'全员育人''全程育人''全方位育人'理念与资助育人工作相结合,构建'政府-学校(社会、家庭、个人)—学生'协同资助育人体系。 Student financial aid in colleges and universities in China has made leap-forward development,and has initially established student-centered,financial aid as a means,and educating people as the goal.The'Five-point Strategy'student financial aid and education system,but there are still some imperfect problems.The main manifestations are the imbalance of the source of education funds,the localization of the main body of the education institutions,the unsatisfactory effect of education,and so on.Based on the synergetic theory,this paper tries to combine the concepts of'all-staff education','whole process education'and'all-round education'with the work of student financial aid,and to construct the cooperative funding system with full participation of government,school and students.
