摘要
随着时代的发展,高等教育改革的需要,创新创业教育对创新就业形式、转变就业方式、缓解就业压力具有极其重要的作用,在创新创业教育工作中,辅导员处在学生管理的第一线,主要从事学生思想政治教育工作,但辅导员缺乏的是专业和行业信息,反之,专业教师处在专业教学的第一线,而专业教师缺少的是系统地把握当代青年学生思想动态的能力,都不能为学生提供系统、科学、实用的'双创'教育。探讨'双创'背景下辅导员与专业教师协同培养模式,有助于'双创'工作形成教育合力、在培养创新创业人才中发挥出积极的作用,同时也有利于全员共同培养其所具备的职业素养。
With the development of the times and the need of higher education reform,innovative entrepreneurship education plays an extremely important role in innovating employment forms,changing employment modes and alleviating employment pressure.In innovative entrepreneurship education,counselors are at the forefront of student management,mainly engaged in ideological and political education of students,but they lack professional and industry information.On the contrary,professional teachers are at the forefront of professional teaching.What professional teachers lack is the ability to systematically grasp the ideological dynamics of contemporary young students.Therefore,neither of them can provide students with systematic,scientific and practical'Double Creation'education.This paper discusses the collaborative cultivation model between counselors and professional teachers under the background of'Double Creation'.It is conducive to the'Double Creation'work to form educational synergy,play a positive role in training innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and at the same time,it is also helpful for the whole staff to cultivate their professional qualities together.
