摘要
当今,世界多极化、经济全球化、文化多样化、社会信息化持续推进。高校高层次创新型科技人才在地方发展中发挥着重要的作用,尤其是在科技创新方面,为产学研合作的深度发展提供了积极而活跃的因素。该文从地方经济社会发展视角入手,分析高校高层次创新型科技人才在地方发展中的作用。
Today,the world is multi-polar,economic globalization,cultural diversity,and social information continues to advance.High-level innovative scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities play an important role in local development,especially in the area of scientific and technological innovation,which provides positive and active factors for the in-depth development of industry-university-research cooperation.This paper starts from the perspective of local economic and social development and analyzes the role of high-level innovative scientific and technological talents in local development.
