摘要
在如今经济与科技快速发展的社会背景下,技能型人才的短缺仍是我国经济发展和就业工作所面临的重大现实问题。该文对新型学徒制的特点、意义进行分析,并指出当今新型学徒制试点存在的不足之处,提出如何在新型学徒制背景下进行技能人才培养的体制创新。
Under the social background of rapid economic and technological development, the shortage of skilled personnel is still a major realistic problem facing China’s economic development and employment. This paper analyses the characteristics and significance of the new apprenticeship, points out the shortcomings of the New Apprenticeship pilot, and puts forward how to innovate the system of training skilled personnel under the background of the new apprenticeship.
