摘要
该文基于创客教育的理念,分析了目前创新创业能力课外培养体系建设中的四大问题,构建了"分层递进式"创新创业能力课外培养新体系。该体系以电子信息类专业为例,确定了"兴趣培养、项目实践、创新创业"的三层课外培养框架,建立了"学生、教师、导师"的三层执行团队、搭建了"学校、企业、政府"三方支持框架,最后完善了质量评价指标。该体系的研究有助于高职创新创业人才的培养,对其他院校具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the concept of the Maker Education, this paper analyzes the four major problems in the construction of extracurricular training system for innovation and entrepreneurship, and constructs a new system of 'Layered & Progressive'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Extracurricular Training. The system takes Electronic Information majors as an example, establishing a three-layered extracurricular training framework of 'interest-led cultivation, project-based practice, innovation and entrepreneurship', setting up a three-layered executive team of 'students, teachers, and tutors',buildinga three-party supporting framework of 'the school, enterprise & government', and a perfect quality evaluation system. The research of this system contributes to the cultivation of innovative and en trepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges, and has certain reference significance for other colleges and universities.
