摘要
近年来,国内高校积极推进创新创业教育并取得初步成效,但仍存在着创新创业教育与专业教育结合不紧、与实践有些脱节等问题。该文以LH大学工商管理专业为例,首先,分析了其开展创新创业实践教育和专业实践教育的现状;然后,在行动学习理念的基础上,构建了两大轴线、三个层次和两大体系的专业实践教学与创新创业实践教学互动发展的工商管理专业综合实践教育体系;最后,运用准实验方法,对采用行动学习法的人力资源管理技能实训课和CEO训练营两项实践活动的教育成效进行了对比分析。该研究对于探索专业教育和创新创业教育的有效融合路径以及创新创业型人才培养模式具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。
In recent years, domestic colleges and universities have actively promoted innovation and entrepreneurship education, and achieved initial success. However, there were still some problems, such as the loose connection of innovation& entrepreneurship education and professional education, and some alienation of theeducation from practice.This paper takes Business Administration Major of LH University as an example. Firstly, the paper analyzes the present situation of the development of innovation & entrepreneurship education practice and professional practice education.Then, based on Action Learning Theory, the paper buildsthe comprehensive practice teaching system of business administration major which consist of two axis, three levels and two systems.Finally, using quasi experimental methods, thend two systems.Finally, using quasi experimental methods, the paper analyzes and compares the teaching effectiveness of Human Resource Management Skills Training Course and CEO Training Camp which take the action learning method.This study has important theoretical significances and practical values for exploring the effective integration path of professional education and innovation & entrepreneurship education, and the training model of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
