摘要
文章首先阐明了双边匹配理论的内涵、类型。其次对双边匹配理论在企业管理中的企业能力、信息管理和人力资源管理三个方面的应用研究脉络进行了梳理,发现:"创新能力和技术战略的匹配""营销能力和顾客需求的匹配"和"技术能力和技术管理的匹配"三者共同作用于企业能力,以提高企业绩效水平;"企业信息管理和信息平台""战略匹配"和"信息化与业务"等对"信息管理能解决什么样的问题"做了回答;在人力资源管理方面,内部匹配与外部匹配共同作用于组织战略的实施。最后对研究进行了总结并指明未来的研究方向,以期为深化双边匹配理论在企业管理应用的研究奠定基础。
The article first clarifies the connotation and types of bilateral matching theory. Secondly, the application of bilateral matching theory in three aspects of enterprise capability, information management and human resource management is sorted out. It is found that 'the matching of innovation capability and technology strategy', 'the matching of marketing capability and customer demand' and 'the matching of technology capability and technology management' are the three things in all. 'Enterprise information management and information platform', 'strategic matching' and 'informationization and business' answer 'what kind of problems information management can solve'. In human resource management, internal matching and external matching work together on the actual organizational strategy. Shi.Finally, the research is summarized and the future research direction is pointed out in order to lay a foundation for deepening the application of bilateral matching theory in enterprise management.
