摘要
随着独立学院的转设与转型,独立院校将脱离母体高校,成为独立设置高校,其改革触角会延伸到学院管理的各个领域,在高校管理模式、就业资源整合、人才培养模式及人才培养导向方面进行调整。这将影响学院的人才培养工作的开展,并最终从高校人才培养的出口——毕业生的就业的数量与质量中得到反馈。这就要求独立学院的就业指导部门要密切关注独立学院转设与转型时期的进程特点,积极探索就业工作的开展的新思路和新方法,适时调整就业工作促进机制,在新的形势下构建出富有针对性和成效性的就业工作的开展体系。
As the process of institutional transformation and transition of the independent college started, independent colleges separate themselves from the parent university and became an independent university. The reform tentacles will extend to all areas of the school management. The mode of employment management, the integration of resources, the personnel training mode and the personnel training orientation will be adjusted in this important progress.This adjustment will affect the work of college personnel training. Accordingly, it usually changes the results of the university personnel training and the entrepreneurship quality of graduates. So the entrepreneurship guidance department of independent colleges should pay close attention to the process characteristics of independent colleges institutional transformation and the transition period. It should actively explore the business to carry out the work of new ideas and new methods, timely adjust the employment promotion the mechanism, and actively find the new situation to construct targeted and effectiveness of entrepreneurial work system.
