摘要
大学生创新创业训练计划项目,简称大创项目。大创项目以学生为项目实施主体,旨在提高学生自主管理和项目运行的过程管理能力。该文分析了当代大学生课堂教学中综合素质培养存在的问题,简要介绍我国大创项目的发展历程,阐明大学生参与大创项目的重要意义。以通化精图信息有限责任公司为例,基于实践总结,发现大创项目对培养大学生学术能力、调研沟通能力、就业能力、团队合作能力、创新精神等各项综合素质起到了良好的促进作用。
College students innovative entrepreneurial training program, short for grand creation project.It taking students as the main body of project implementation, the aim is to improve students’ ability of independent management and process management of project operation,The aim of this paper is to improve the students’ ability of independent management and process management of project operation.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of comprehensive qualities in the classroom teaching of contemporary college students, briefly introduces the development course of the great innovation projects in our country, and clarifies the important significance of college students’ participation in the great innovation projects.A case study of Tonghua Precision Information Co., Ltd,based on the summary of practice, it is found that the project has played a good role in promoting the comprehensive qualities of college students, such as academic ability, research and communication ability, employment ability, team cooperation ability,innovation spirit and so on.
