摘要
在生产型企业中,设备巡检工作是设备管理人员的重点工作,也是企业重点管理目标,通过设备巡检能够及时发现和解决工作环境中危险源及设备故障点存在的安全隐患。为满足企业信息化工厂建设,对设备进行预防性检查和巡视,查明故障原因及设备运行异常点,制定合理的故障及危险源处理措施,开发了智能化设备巡检系统。本系统主要实现智能终端对工业设备进行安全巡视,可移动式增加安全隐患点、整改点、安全隐患点统计、巡检计划、统计分析、通过数据分析进行预测安全隐患点的发展趋势等功能,提高设备巡检快速化、智能化、可视化管理。实现了企业内部数字信息快速传递及共享,提高工作效率、生产效率,降低维修成本,为尽快解决设备问题提供可靠依据。
In manufacturing companies,equipment inspection is one important work of equipment management,and it is also the key management objectives of the enterprise.It can timely discover and solve the dangers source of the working environment and the safety hazards of equipment failure spot by equipment inspection.In order to meet the construction of intelligent factory,to made preventive inspections and patrols of equipment,identify the reason of the failure and abnormal operation of the equipment,make practical counter-measures of the fault and dangerous source,and develop an intelligent equipment inspection system.The system mainly realizes the safety inspection of industrial equipment through intelligent terminals,Movable safety hidden danger points,Rectification points,The statistics of safety hidden danger points,inspection plans,statistical analysis,forecasts the development tendency of safety hidden danger points by data analysis,etc.equipment inspection quickly,intelligent,visual management.It realizes the rapid transmission and sharing of digital information within the enterprise,improves work efficiency,production efficiency,reduces maintenance costs,and provides a reliable basis for solving equipment problems as soon as possible.
