摘要
提出针对大学城发展的“共享”(concept of sharing)与“拉动”(concept of encouragement)理念,通过对国内部分大学城的土地利 用布局研究,探讨新开发大学城周边地区的土地利用空间布局模式。
Based on the concept of sharing and the concept encouragement , the author explains the definition of university town and analyses the structure and spatial characters of some typical cases in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Nanjing, the author also bring forward one kind of spatial model of the land use about the university towns area.
