摘要
煤矿既要为国家和社会提供足够的能源,本身又存在解困和发展问题,同时煤矿是破坏资源与环境的一个重要行业,是环境治理的重点对象。在目前煤炭企业经济较困难、环境保护和可持续发展的条件下,本文探讨了煤矿发展和可持续发展的关系问题。
Mines must provide energy for the cantry and seciety and exists some question of resolved economics difficulty and development. Mines is a important industry which will destroy resource and environment. It is the object of environment administered. At present, mines is pressing the condition of economics and environments protecting and sustaining development.The relation question is discussed in the paper.
