摘要
将光整热镀锌板磷化技术用于空调器的生产。探讨了磷化液中铝离子对磷化膜质量的影响 ,在磷化液中加入氟化钠可消除铝离子的影响 ,介绍了铝离子的分析方法。该工艺所得磷化膜结晶细致 ,与涂层附着力好。
Phosphating of hot dip galvanized sheets have been used for the production of air conditioners. Effect of aluminum ions on grain size of the phosphate film was studied. Aluminum ions can be removed with the addition of sodium fluoride. Analysis of aluminum ions was introduced. Results show that phosphate film obtained is fine and compact, and has good adhesion to outer coatings.
