小丽花是包头市市花，具有良好社会效益和经济效益。但八十年代中后期表现出明显退化现象，就其退化表现及内在因素和外部环境条件进行了初步探讨和分析。为解决小丽花退化问题奠定基础。
Dahlia unwins,as the municipal flower of Baotou,have gveat social benefits and economic benefits.However, degeneration has been occuring on the plants.The paper deals with internal factors and environmental conditions for its degenertion,aiming to provide basis for the solution.
