摘要
以细木工板为基材,采用以甲壳素和纳米硅片为主要有效成分的除醛剂,制备具有甲醛净化功能的浸渍胶膜纸饰面细木工板(简称甲醛净化生态板),得到如下结果:在本试验条件下,除醛剂的添加对甲醛净化生态板表面性能和常规物理力学性能影响不大,除醛剂添加量增加,其板材的甲醛释放量、甲醛净化性能和甲醛净化效果持久性得到优化;与检测甲醛释放量的干燥器法相比,气候箱法更能准确地评价甲醛净化生态板的甲醛释放性能。
The formaldehyde emission and purification performance of surface decorated blockboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resins(abbreviated as ecological wood-based panels),which was added chitin and nano-silicon purifying agent of formaldehyde,were discussed.The following results were obtained:Under the experimental conditions,the addition of purifying agent had little effect on the physical and mechanical properties and improved the formaldehyde emission and purification performance.Compared with the desiccator method,the climate box method was more accurately to evaluate the formaldehyde emission performance of surface decorated blockboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resins.
