新疆红枣检测输送装置的减振机理研究

摘要 利用近红外光谱技术连续检测红枣品质时,需要输送装置稳定地将红枣输送至采样点进行光谱采集。针对现阶段市场上大多输送装置都存在的多种样式振动,利用振动力学理论得出动力及传动部分各参数对振动影响的表达式,并分析各参数对输送带振动的影响效果,为输送装置的设计及定制提供理论依据。 It needs to stable conveying equipment of the red jujube to spectrum sampling point when the samples are collected by adopting near infrared spectroscopy detecting the quality continuously.At present,there are many kinds of style vibration in most conveyers on the market.So adopting the theory of vibration mechanics,the dynamic expression and various parameters on the vibration of the transmission part,analysis the influence of various parameters on the conveyor belt vibration effect,as to provide theoretical basis for conveying equipment design and customization and some suggestions are put forward.
