摘要
为解决目前两垄四行花生联合收获机中清选装置重复设置的问题,设计了一种横向输送装置,用以实现花生果在夹持输送工序后的汇集,进而落入同一清选装置完成荚果与杂质的分离,达到节省资源降低功耗的目的。该装置主要由联轴器、轴、轴承座、链轮、链条、刮板、栅条底板和机具护罩等组成。同时,通过试验与分析确定了输送装置刮板的最优结构参数:刮板高度42mm,刮板安装角度70°,刮板长度650mm。优化后的输送装置作业效果明显提高。
In order to solve the problem that the present two-ridges and four-lines peanut combine harvester with dupli-cation cleaning mechanisms, this paper design a transverse delivery mechanism to realize the peanut to transport together then fall into the same cleaning device to complete the separation of pod and impurities, and to achieve the purpose of saving resources.this device is made up of coupling shaft bearing sprocket chain scraper grids and shells.optimize the structure and test analysis.Through the analysis of experimental data and processing, the scraper of the device determined the best structure and operating parameters:the height of the scraper is 42mm, the angle of it is 70°, the length is 650mm.After optimizing the quality of this device working improve significantly.
