摘要
针对单穴单粒精量播种的农艺要求,设计了一种基于气流悬浮理论供种的滚筒式排种器。同时,利用三维软件建模,设计出排种器的总体结构,介绍了其工作原理及主要工作部件的结构参数,并搭建了排种器台架式试验台。试验验证表明:该排种器可以满足精量播种的设计要求,平均单粒指数为93.04%,平均多粒率为5.0 1%,平均漏播为1.5 9%。该研究为精量排种器的进一步设计研究和参数优化提供了新思路和理论依据。
For single hole single grain precision sowing of agricultural requirements , designed a kind of cylinder seed-metering device for the species based on the principle of the pneumatic suspension seed supply .According to using 3 D modeling software , we designed the overall structure of the metering device and introduced its working principle and structural parameters design of the main working parts , and built the seed-metering device platform based test bench . Through the test , the metering device could meet the design requirements of precision seeding , single seed rate reached more than 94%, multi grain rate and hole rate was below 5%, which will provide new ideas and theoretical basis for op-timization design of parameters and the further precision seed metering device .
