摘要
针对国内自主研发的胡萝卜联合收获机在对顶切秧作业时对顶效果差、切割不干净及损伤率高的问题,研究了国内外各式各样的对顶部件。重点针对胡萝卜联合收获机皮带式对顶方式、链条式对顶方式进行了研究,并介绍了各种对顶方式的工作原理及优缺点。在上述对顶方式的基础上,设计出一种新型的V形滚轮式对顶部件,该部件采用并行排列且可以绕轴转动的两列橡胶辊作为对顶组件与胡萝卜接触,两列滚轮呈V形排列,从而减轻了滚轮径向的受力,使得滚轮不至于径向受力过大而不转动。该装置不仅实现了对顶作业,而且极大地降低了伤果率,为胡萝卜联合收获机的研发成功提供了理论依据。
In view of the domestic invention- independently,carrot Combine harvester,whoes cutting effect is poor when zazing seedings,cutting not completely as well as high damage,this paper studies various zazi parts both at home and abroad,which mainly focuses on Belt- typed zazi,chain- pulled two ways,introduces various working principles,advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of in the neat way,design a new zazi parts,v- shaped roller,which parallels alignmently with two rubber rollers which columns circuition as zazing components in contact with the carrots. The two columns of roller are arranged in V- shape to reduce the radial stress,in case it not turn. The device not only realizes the zazi assignments,and greatly reduces the fruit injury,provides a theoretical basis for the success of carrot combine harvester.
