摘要
为了提高生产效率、减轻劳动强度,根据油菜的种植农艺要求,设计了一种自走式油菜联合收获机。通过割台进行收割,经过可调输送装置进行输送,然后进行脱粒清选,最后进行茎秆的粉碎,完成整个过程的收获。为此,主要对行车部分的前后桥进行三维虚拟设计,并用有限元软件Solid Works Simulation进行仿真分析,可以得出前后桥的应力变化、位移变化以及安全系数的变化。
In order to improve production efficiency,reduce labor intensity,we design a self- propelled rape combine harvester which is based on rape planting agronomic requirements. The stalk is cutted by the cutting station,and conveyed to an adjustable,threshing and cleaning equipment. Finally,the harvest process is completed after crushing the stalk. This paper is focused on the design of the front and rear bridge of the carriageway,and using the three- dimensional virtual designing and simulating. Through using finite element software Solid Works Simulation,you can see the changes of stress,displacement and safety axles of the front and rear.
