摘要
本文以我国东部经济较发达地区南京市为例,在分析南京市城市人口老龄化现状、进程及特征的基础上,探索21世纪初南京城市人口老龄化的发展趋势,并在此基础上研制、建立与新经济社会形态发展相辅相成的老年社会政策体系,实现城市老年事业可持续发展。
This paper on the basis of case study of Nanjing, China's Eastern advanced area, analyzes the present, process and features of sernilization of urban population of Nanjing, explores sernility trend of urban population of Nanjing in the 21st century, and makes some suggestions on social policies of sernility for sustainable development of urban aging enterprise.
