摘要
组织文化是公司战略中的一个关键组成部分,因此公司的文化必须随着公司的战略目标变化而变革。本文利用OCIA文化量表描述了一家外资企业组织文化变革的方方面面。本文重点讨论该企业组织文化变革的实施过程,并在文中详细列出了本次文化变革实际的操作步骤。
Since foreign companies have access to the markets in China,their local operations have been de- fining and developing their organizational cultures. Organizational culture must be recognized by compa- nies as an integrated part of their organizational strat- egy,and the related change processes are to be direct- ly linked to the company's strategic aims.In this pa- per,a description is provided of the organizational culture profile of a foreign company in China,using the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI).Focus is given to the implementation processes of the required organizational culture change,especially in relation to the human factor of the researched company.The practical steps and ac- tions taken as a result of the theoretical model are an essential part of this descriptive and empirical study.
