摘要
社会主义新农村建设的核心是发展农村经济,增加农民收入。发展现代农业是推进新农村建设的保障,是促进农业稳定发展的根本途径,是农民持续增收的基础。丹东市立足实际,结合自然生态和农业资源的优势,大力发展现代农业,取得了骄人的成绩,但是仍然存在许多问题,必须要用科学发展的理念来统领农村工作,站在跨越式发展的高度,引导农民组织起来,以市场为导向,以效益为中心,以企业为龙头,专业化生产,产业化发展,共同走向富裕的康庄大道。

Dandong City do the reality, bring together the advantages of the natural ecology and agricultural resources, to vigorously develop modern agriculture,which has made remarkable achievements, but there are still many problems, we must use the concept of scientific development to guide the rural work and farmers to organize themselves in the leaps and bounds height, promote specialized production and industrial development toward a common prosperity's broad road by the marketoriented,the benefit as the center and the enterprise as a leader.
