阻车网地钉对汽车轮胎作用的动态有限元分析

摘要 在公安警卫勤务中用阻车网拦截车辆的过程中,当地钉最大程度的损伤轮胎,且迫使车辆在较短距离内停止时,才能有效地拦截到车辆并保证车内人的安全。因此研究不同地钉对轮胎破坏及地钉自身损伤具有重要意义。分别数值模拟了3种外形、3种高度的地钉及5种钉头高度的地钉,并比较分析当轮胎以同一速度行驶时不同地钉对轮胎的阻碍作用及地钉自身应力分析。有限元仿真结果表明:对于高度相同的地钉,三侧面钉头对轮胎运动的阻碍作用最强;相同钉头的地钉,3种模拟高度中,地钉高度越高对轮胎阻碍作用越强;对相同钉头的地钉,地钉的损伤情况随着高度的增加而增加;钉头形状为圆锥形时最易发生塑性变形,钉头为三面和四面时,塑性变形差别不大;钉头高度为20 mm时对轮胎的破坏作用最强。 In the public security guard duty with car stopping net to intercept vehicles,the greatest degree of damage to the tire and force the vehicle to stop in a short distance,so as to effectively intercept to the vehicle is ground nail. Therefore,it is significant to study the failure of automobile tires and the damage of the ground nail. Three kinds of nail shape,three kinds of nail height and five kinds of nail heads were simulated. Different blocking effect of nails to stop the same speed tire and its stress were also completed. Finite element Simulation results show:three side nail heads to stop car is the strongest for the same height of the nail;and for the same nail head nail,the higher the height of the ground nail,the better effect to stop the tire,but the damage of the ground nail increases with the increase of height;the conical nail head shape most easily occurred plastic deformation,and the nail head for three and four sides occurred plastic deformation is not very different;and the nail head height of 20 mm to stop tire failure has the strongest effect.
