摘要
介绍了升流式厌氧污泥床反应器 (UASB) -序批式活性污泥法 (SBR)处理淀粉废水的工艺 ,详细叙述了该类废水的特点、试验系统组成、UASB的启动到污泥颗粒化的过程 ,以及处理效果。试验结果表明该处理系统具有耐冲击负荷 ,处理效果稳定 ,运行管理简单 ,运行成本低等特点。废水经颗粒化UASB稳定处理后 ,出水COD可降到 5 0 0mg/L以下 ,然后经SBR稳定处理后 ,出水COD可降到 10
A process of disposing starch wastewater by UASB(Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket Reactor)-SBR(Sequencing Batch Biological Reactor)is introduced.And the features of this wastewater,composition of the trial systems,procedure from UASB starting to forming granular sludge,and treating effect is described in details.The test result shows that this treatment system has such advantages as anti impulsion load,stable treating effect,simple running management and low running cost,etc.After the UASB reactor forming the granular sludge,the outflow′s COD can be decreased to 500 mg/L below.Then,after the SBR reactor,the outflow′s COD can be decreased to 100 mg/L below.
