摘要
语言的模糊性是语言的本质属性之一,秘书工作的主要职能就是沟通各个方面的联系,必然离不开使用模糊语言。从语言学的角度分析模糊性语言在秘书工作中的特点、表现和作用,讨论秘书在工作中如何善用模糊语言。
The fuzziness of language is one of the essential attributes of language. The main function of the secretary is to communicate with all aspects of the link,and it must not be separated from the use of vague language. From the perspective of linguistics,this paper analyzed the features,performances and functions of the fuzziness language in the work of secretary and discussed the emphasis of how can the secretary use the fuzzy language in the work.
