摘要
大学治理就是一种对大学权力和利益协调与分配的制度安排。大学治理是建设现代大学制度的基石。现代性作为一种理性化的运行机制和运行规则,包含着相互关联的多重维度。从现代性的语境中来理解大学治理的现状,可以发现:大学治理与大学精神的相悖、大学学术权力与行政权力失衡、大学存在资源依赖现象等;完善大学治理是大学发展的当务之急。需要在坚守大学精神理念、加强制度建设等方面完善大学治理。
The essence of the university governance lies in the allocation of power and its operation.University governance is the cornerstone of building the modern university system. As a rational operating mechanism and running rules,modernity contains the multiple dimensions of interrelated dimensions. From status quo of university governance in the discourse of modernity,we can find: the contrary of university governance and university spirit; the imbalance between academic power and administrative power in university; and there is existence resource dependence phenomenon in the university,etc. The urgent affairs of university development are improving university governance. It needs to adhere to the spirit of the university and strengthening the system and so on.
