摘要
为了研究用于第三次全国土地调查的遥感影像质量评价方法,以模糊综合评价法为基础,首先分析了三调工作对影像质量的需求,然后根据需求确定了评价指标体系,论证了隶属度函数和权数,建立了评价模型,并编写了相应的质量评价程序,最后通过影像质量评价实验验证了评价模型的合理性和适用性。
Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it studied on the quality evaluation of remote sensing image used in the 3 rd national land investigation.First of all,it analyzed the requirements for image quality of the 3rd national land investigation.And then,the evaluation index system was determined according to the demand and the membership function and weight coefficient were discussed.It established an evaluation model and developed a corresponding quality evaluation program.Finally,through the image quality evaluation experiment,it verified the rationality and applicability of the evaluation model.
