摘要
专题二在数千年的中国城市规划建设实践中,形成了重视人文空间规划建设,强调城市的文化意义,追求文化意义同城市物质空间紧密融合的中国城市人文空间规划传统。中国城市规划设计的要义不仅在于对空间的塑造,其背后尤重对生命意义的诠释,对城市精神的标树。离开中国文化,离开中国人的精神,离开中国城市人文空间,中国城市规划设计将失去根基。当今新时代的城市规划建设强调'记得住乡愁',就要重新认识中国城市人文空间规划传统的价值,重视人文空间遗产的保护,与此同时,要结合时代需要,创造现代人文空间.
With the constant deepening of the market economy, the competition of urban space is intensifying. Especially in the urban central district, the intensified competition of functions made the scale and types of mixed land use become increasingly diversified. Based on the concept discrimination of mixed land use, this paper proposes the concept connotation and classification of mixed land use. Moreover, based on the research data accumulated over many years, it takes the development of mixed land us of the Nanjing Xinjiekou Central District between 1978 and 2008 as example, and uses vector calculation with related policy and management background, to research the spatial distribution and form of the mixed land,therefore figuring out multiple laws of mixed land,as well as discussing the management and control of the mixed land use.
