摘要
目的 :观察发酵蓝靛果汁对各种不同细菌的抑菌作用。方法 :以药敏试验管碟法检测三种不同浓度发酵蓝靛果汁 (蓝靛果原汁 ,75 %蓝靛果汁 ,5 0 %篮靛果汁 )对 10种细菌的抑菌效果。结果 :三种不同浓度的发酵蓝靛果汁对 10种细菌均有明显抑制作用。结论 :发酵蓝靛果汁具有广谱抗菌作用。
Objective:To observe bacteria inhibition of Lonicera edulis fermentative liquid on different kinds of bacterium.Methods:Effect of bacteria inhibition of ten kinds of bacterium were monitored by tube dish method of medicinal sensitive test with Lonicera edulis fermentative liquid of three different consistence (Lonicera edulis fermentative primary liquid,75% Lonicera edulis fermentative liquid,50% Lonicera edulis fermentative liquid).Results:Lonicera edulis fermentative liquid of three different consistence have an obvious effect of bacteria inhibition to ten kinds of bacterium.Conclusion:Lonicera edulis fermentative liquid has effect of bacteria inhibition to Gram plus bacteria and Gram minus bacteria.
