摘要
以鸡致病性大肠杆菌F1菌毛特异性单抗 1F4 _1、2C3 、3H3 和F11菌毛特异性单抗FA1、FB11作为检测试剂 ,将 111株已知O抗原的鸡致病性大肠杆菌经MD液体培养基连续传代培养后 ,通过直接玻板凝集法对各菌毛进行初步分型。结果发现F1、F11菌毛与O78、O1及O2 三种优势O抗原型菌株之间存在较为明显的相关性 ,即致病性大肠杆菌主要集中在上。F1、F11菌毛在这三种O抗原型上的总检出率分别为 95 .6 %、75 .4%及 73.3%。另外 ,在所检测的 111株鸡致病性大肠杆菌中 ,只表达F1菌毛的大肠杆菌占菌杆总数的 33.3%。只表达F11菌毛的大肠杆菌占菌株总数的 8.1% ,两者都表达的占菌株总数的36 % ,F1、F11菌毛的总检出率为 78.3%。
F1-sepecific monoclonal antibodies 1F 4-1?2C 3?3H 3 and F11-specific monoclonal antibodies FA 1 and FB 11 of avian pathogeic E.coli were used in direct aggluination(DA)to check the fimbriae type of 111 strains of E.coli identified from chicken that had been cultevated and propagated in MD medium.We found that there is an obvious relationship between F1?F11 fimbriae and O antigen.That is,F1 and F11 fimbriae are mainly in the avian E.coli of O 78?O 1?and O 2.The percent of F1 + and/or F11 + to those Oserotype-E.coli is 95.6%?75.4%?and 73.3% respectively.Moreover,among the total 111 strains,the percent of F1 + is 33.3%(37/111);F11 + is 8.1%(9/11):both F1 + and F11 + is 36%(41/111).
