摘要
文章基于汽车行业实际情况,介绍科研和标准化工作的基本定义,比较他们的异同点,分析他们之间的工作协同和支撑关系。通过分析专利在科研和标准化协作中的媒介作用,得出专利在市场和技术竞争中的重要价值。最后根据汽车产业发展趋势,给出在新能源汽车和智能网联汽车领域开展科研和标准化工作协同的建议。
Base on automotive industry current situation,this article introduce the definition of technical research and standardization,compare the similarities and differences and analyze on coordination activities and support relationship.Through discuss the patent between in technical research and standardization,make a conclusion that the patent has important value in market and technical competition.Finally,this article provide the suggestions on technical research and standardization relation to New Energy Vehicle(NEV)and Intelligent and Connected Vehicle(ICV)due to automotive industry trend of development.
