摘要
自然科学基金的建立,为推动我国的基础性研究发挥了主渠道作用。在新形势下,高校应发挥科学基金的引导作用,建立健全相应的管理体制和行之有效的政策措施,加强和深化基础性研究工作,以此推动基础研究,促进高校学科建设和人才培养。
The establishment of the Natural Science Funds plays a major-channel role in promoting basic research in China.In the new situation,colleges and universities should exercise the guiding role of science funds to establish and perfect corresponding management systems and effective policy measures,strengthen and deepen basic research work so as to promote the basic research to a higher level and to accelerate curriculum construction and talent cultivation.
