摘要
就业难是当前高校毕业生中存在的一个突出问题。近年来,随着宏观经济的变化,大学生就业难现象也出现了新的变化。总体来看,大学生就业难现象产生的原因既有能力素质与岗位要求不匹配、就业观存在偏差等主观原因,也有教育内容缺乏就业针对性、市场的就业歧视等客观原因。为此,我国应采取针对性的措施来解决。
The difficulty of college students' employment is a prominent problem in the economic and social development of our country. In recent years, with the change of the macro economy, the employment difficulties of college students have also changed. the reason of difficult employment of college students has the ability and quality requirements do not match the post needs, there are lack of educational content for employment market, employment discrimination, and other objective reasons. Therefore, we should take targeted measures to solve these problems.
