摘要
应用免疫组织化学方法研究了突触素 (SVP- 38)免疫反应产物在鸡产蛋前后下丘脑中生殖内分泌核团内的表达和发育情况。结果显示 ,前联合区、视前室旁核、室周弓状核、下丘脑室旁核、乳头体内侧核、乳头体外侧核等生殖核团内突触素免疫反应强度 ,在 3个年龄组间差异显著。 2 40 d组反应强度最高 ,70 d组次之 ,5 0 0 d组最低。结果表明 ,产蛋高峰期下丘脑内的突触可塑性增强 ,突触素产蛋高峰期表达强度最高 ,后随日龄增加而强度下降。说明突触素的表达与生殖内分泌激素的分泌有依赖性。
The expression and development of synaptophysin immunoreactive products in nuclei of reproduce interrelation in brain of laying chicken were studied by using the technique of immunchemistry.The following results were obtained:The difference of intensity of SVP-38 immunoreactive products in precommissuralis region,N.periventricularis preopticus,N.laraventricularis preopticus,N.periventricularis arcuatus,N.paraventricularis hypothalamicus was obvious among the three groups.The immunoreactive intensity was highest in 240 d chicken secondary in 70 d chicken and lowest in 500 d chicken.The results showed that the plasticity of synaptic in hypothalamicus strengthened at the stage of egg-laying peak.The expression of synaptophysin was highest at that stage,and then the intensity gradually decreased with the growth,which suggesting that the expression of SVP-38 may be dependant on the secretion of reproductive-endocrine hormones.
