V_2AlC粉体的常压合成及其在氢氟酸中的腐蚀行为

Synthesis of V_2AlC Powders and Their Corrosion Behavior in Hydrofluoric Acid

摘要 以钒粉、铝粉和石墨粉为原料,采用气氛保护管式炉,在1500°C保温5 h制备出高纯V_2AlC陶瓷粉体,并研究了不同温度和时间条件下,氢氟酸对V_2AlC的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在50°C到65°C条件下,粒度38μm(400目)的V_2AlC粉体在49%氢氟酸中浸泡搅拌120 h不能制备出相应的V2C二维晶体。70°C下浸泡40 h后,逐渐出现少量的Al2O3和V2O5,并观察到少量二维透明薄片结构,预测是V2C二维晶体,更高的温度和时间条件下则会生成未知物相。 High-purity V_2AlC powders was prepared by a tube furnace with Ar atmosphere at 1500 °C for 5 h from V powders, Al powders and C powders. Thereafter, hydrogen fluoride acid corrosion behaviors of V_2AlC were researched at different temperatures and for different time. Results show that in the temperature range from 50 °C to 65 °C, it is infeasible to prepare corresponding 2-dimensional V2 C by immersing V_2AlC powders(38 μm) in 49% hydrofluoric acid solution by stirring for 120 h. If soaked at 70 °C for 40 h, there gradually appears a small amount of Al_2O_3 and V_2O_5 as well as a small amount of 2D transparent sheets, which are likely V2 C, but a higher temperature or longer time conditions would generate an unknown phase.
