摘要
以十六烷基溴化铵(CTAB)为有机改性剂,利用阳离子交换法制备了有机蒙脱土,采用机械混炼法制得NR/OMMT复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱图仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和综合热分析(TG-DTA)对其结构和形貌进行表征。机械性能测试表明,NR/OMMT的补强效应得到了显著的改善,硫化速率也有明显的提高。
Organophilic montmorillonite(OMMT) was prepared via ionic exchange of the cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB).OMMT was compounded with natural rubber(NR) by mechanical mixing method.The structures and performances were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).CTAB was effectively and completely inserted into MMT silicate layer.Mechanics performance tests show that the NR/OMMT reinforcing effect is remarkable,and vulcanization rate improves significantly..
