摘要
对高杂质粗铅进行精炼研究,在工业生产过程中具有重要意义。传统的粗铅精炼方法,只能对部分粗铅进行精炼,存在精炼不彻底的问题。本文通过对粗铅火法精炼的工艺流程及杂质控制工艺理论进行详细的分析,给出了粗铅除铜工序,以此为基础,进行粗铅精炼实践,并将结果与电解精炼进行比较,得出了有效的结论。
In the process of industrial production, the research on the refining of crude lead with high impurities is of great significance. The traditional method of crude lead refining can only lead to some crude lead refining, and there is not a complete problem. Effective conclusion is obtained through the lead bullion fire refining process and impurity control process theory carries on the detailed analysis, given the crude lead removing copper process. Taking this as the foundation, crude lead refining practice and the result with the result of electrolytic refining were compared.
