摘要
以Ni、Al、Ti、石墨以及碳纳米管为原料,采用自蔓延合成方法制备NiAl基复合材料。结果表明:CNT和石墨可作为TiC的碳源和形核中心,TiC呈多面体弥散分布或镶嵌在NiAl基体中,细化NiAl晶粒;CNT及TiC通过裂纹偏转、颗粒拔出、纤维强化等机制的协同作用对复合材料起增强增韧的作用。
Nickel aluminum matrix composites were fabricated by SHS with Ni, Al, Ti, graphite and CNT as raw materials. CNT and G served carbon source and nucleation center of TiC. TiC particles homogeneously distributed in NiAl matrix. CNTs and TiC particles improve the strength and toughness of composites by the synergistic action of the mechanisms such as crack deflection, grain's pull-out and fiber strengthen.
