摘要
在众多新型合成材料中,研究方向还是以超硬材料为主,因其具有高硬度、高密度、高折射率、高耐化学腐蚀性、导热性良好、空穴迁移率较大等特点,吸引了大量科研工作者的研究。本文主要介绍了碳氮化合物的合成方法及晶体结构,概述近些年来碳氮化合物在实验合成成果与理论计算值方面的研究进度,以及对今后研究创新及应用方向的展望。
Among the many new synthetic materials, research or in superhard materials mainly because of its high hardness, high density, high refractive index, high chemical resistance, good thermal conductivity, hole mobility is large and so attract a large number of research scientists. This paper describes the synthesis and crystal structure of carbon and nitrogen compounds, outlining progress in recent years to study the synthesis of carbon and nitrogen compounds in the experimental results and the theoretical value terms, as well as the future direction of research and application of innovative outlook.
