摘要
为寻求适用于不规则形状的再造烟叶产品的定量检测方法,对打孔法、剪纸法和图像分析法检测再造烟叶产品定量分别进行研究和检测条件的优化,将三种方法得到的检测结果与传统的在线定量检测结果相比较。实验结果表明,打孔法宜采用18m m孔径;剪纸法检测每组产品数量以6片为宜;图像分析法最佳的参数为:套索频率40次/min,套索宽度60pix,套索边对比度20%。打孔法、剪纸法以及图像分析法检测结果的稳定性都要优于在线检测,其中,图像分析法的稳定性最佳。采用打孔法、剪纸法以及图像分析法检测得到的再造烟叶样品定量与在线检测得到的结果无明显差异。
In order to measure the basis weight of irregular shaped reconstituted tobacco,hole method,paper cutting method and image analysis were studied and optimized.Futhermore,the detection results determined by different methods were also compared with online measuring results.The results showed that 18 mm hole diameter is adopted with drilling hole method;6 pieces of paper in each group is proper for cutting method.The optimal image analysis conditions are as follow:lasso frequency 40 times per minute,width 60 pix,edge contrast 20%.The drilling method,paper cutting method and image analysis method are all superior to online measurement in results stability.There was no significant difference between the results determined by all above3 methods and online measuring results.
