摘要
烟草行业是一个人、财、物高度集中并垄断经营的特殊行业,这在一定程度上限制了该行业在社会主义市场经济体制下人力资源的优化和有效配置,应对当前经济危机挑战的能力十分有限;提升烟草行业人力资源管理水平势在必行。本文分析了当前烟草行业人力资源管理的滞后性及面临的困难,阐述了提升该行业人力资源管理的必要性,提供了提升人力资源管理的相关策略。
At present,China's tobacco industry is a person,money,content highly concentrated and special monopoly industry,this kind of traditional planned economy,to a certain extent,restricted the optimization of human resources and the effective allocation of the industry under the socialist market economic system.The ability is very limited when response to the current economic crisis.Improving the tobacco industry human resources management is imperative and brooking no delay.This article stand on the current tobacco industry human resource management lag,necessity and difficulties,analysis the urgency and importance of enhancing the human resource management,elaborating the strategic of human resource management.
