摘要
要有效提高民族高等教育,首先必须坚持走可持续发展之路,明确民族高等教育定位,优化专业结构,深化教育教学改革;其次发展内涵教育,提高教学质量;最后坚持民族特色教育,发展教育多元化。
Ensuring and improving the quality of higher education is the eternal theme of the Higher Education for Minorities(HEM).Facing the new situation,to improve the quality of higher education for minorities,we must follow measures as listed:First,insist on the path of sustainable development of higher education,make it clear what the position of the HEM is,optimize the structure of educational specialties,and deepen the reform of the education.Second,focus on the quality of the education.Third,persist in the national characteristics and diversification throughout the education for minorities.
