摘要
《民族区域自治法》的颁布实施成效巨大,但也存在着需要进一步加以完善的地方,建议对《民族区域自治法》进行修改,计划经济的痕迹要全面消除;民族自治地方的自治权要切实保障;对少数民族人口过半县要酌情帮扶;民族自治地方的政治权力结构要适当调整;民族贸易政策的享受要一视同仁;民族自治地方的主体地位要更加突出。
The effect of Regional National Autonomy Law is enormous, but there is also the need for further refinement in the place. Therefore, it should be modified to eliminate of the trace of planned economy, strengthen the support of the power of autonomy concept in national autonomous areas, help the minority county with more than half of minority population, adjust political power structure in national autonomous areas, ensure the enjoyment of national autonomous areas to national trade policies, and highlight the main body position of national autonomous areas.
