摘要
首先分析了PLC控制系统中干扰信号的来源、成因,并从硬件电路设计、软件程序编制、PLC选型、电缆布线等诸多方面研究探讨提高PLC控制系统抗干扰能力的方法和措施。随着PLC在自动控制领域的日益普及,这些方法和措施对于提高PLC控制系统的抗干扰能力具有重要的经济意义和实用价值。
This paper firstly analyses the sources and contributing factor of the main interference influencing the stability of a PLC control system,and discusses some means and measures to improve the anti-interference capability of the PLC control system proceeding from hardware designing,software programming,model selection and cable distribution.Along with the widespread application of PLC in field control,these measures are economical and practical for improving the capability of the control system with PLC anti-interference.
