摘要
分析了机械故障诊断的现状和发展前景,提出了一种基于Internet的机械故障诊断系统,并对该系统关键部位“诊断系统硬件设计I、nternet通讯系统的实现方案、诊断系统的功能实现方案”等进行了介绍。基于Internet的机械故障诊断系统具有远程检测、监控、资源共享等诸多优点而成为机械故障诊断系统发展的趋势。
The paper analyzed situation and prospects of the mechanical diagnose malfunction.Proposed a kind of mechanical diagnose malfunction system based on Internet,and introduce key part of this system include system hardware design,the Internet communication system realization plan.Supervisory system function realization plan and so on.This based on the internet mechanical diagnose malfunction system with many merits of the in remote control,the monitoring,resources sharing becomes the mechanical diagnose malfunction system development the tendency.
