摘要
对四个不同地区的CS_2作业男工的生殖结局调查结果表明,其子代的出生缺陷发生率和妻子的自然流产发生率均显著高于对照组。其发生率的高低与接触CS_2浓度的高低有一定的剂量反应关系。表明接触一定浓度的CS_2能使男工发生生殖损伤,因此积极改善劳动条件,降低车间空气中的CS_2浓度,不仅对保护工人健康,而且对保护其子代的正常发育成长有重要意义。
Studies on the reproductive effects were carried out for married maleworkers exposed to carbon disulphide at 4 different localities.The results re-vealed that birth defects in their children and spontaneous abortion in theirwives were all significantly higher than those of the control.To a certainextent,the incidences have a dose-response relation to the concentration ofcarbon disulphide,suggesting that the reproductive system of male workersmay be damaged when exposed to carbon disulphide of certainconcentration.Therefore preventive measures must be taken to improve theworking condition and to reduce the concentration of atmospheric carbondisulphide of the workshop,not only for protecting the worker's health,but al-so to ensure their children's normal development and growth.
