摘要
采用FeNiCrSiB与BNi2非晶箔复合中间层,在氩气保护下进行了连续油管CT80瞬时液相扩散焊。焊接压力P=3MPa,采用双温工艺焊接,从室温升高至1240℃,保温30s,然后降至焊接温度T_B=1200、1210及1220℃,焊接时间t_F=120s。分析了焊接温度对接头显微组织与性能的影响,测试了不同焊接温度下接头抗拉强度及显微硬度,并观察了拉伸断口形貌。结果表明,随着焊接温度升高,焊缝中夹杂逐渐消失,接头抗拉强度增加,显微硬度降低。T_B=1200、1210及1220℃时,接头的抗拉强度分别为547、613及618MPa,显微硬度分别为330HV、271HV、259HV。
Coiled tubing CT80 was joined by transient liquid phase bonding with two-step heating process using FeNiCrSiB and BNi2 amorphous as the interlayer in argon atmosphere.The bonding pressure was 3 MPa.Temperature rose from room temperature to 1240℃,held for 30 s,and then lowered to bonding temperature T_B=1200℃,1210℃and 1220℃,respectively,and the bonding time t_F=120 s.The effect of bonding temperature on the microstructure and properties was investigated.Tensile strength and microhardness as well as the morphology of fracture surface were studied.The results indicate that with the increase of bonding temperature,weld inclusions are gradually disappeared,and the tensile strength of the joint increases,however,the microhardness decreases.When T_B=1200℃,1210℃and 1220℃,the tensile strength of the joint is 547 MPa,613 MPa and 618 MPa,and the microhardness is 330 HV,271 HV and 259 HV,respectively.
