摘要
阳极氧化法制备的三维有序TiO2纳米管阵列在光催化、光伏器件及半导体等研究领域中的应用研究较为广泛,而在锂离子电池中作为负极材料的文献报道则比较少。实际上,三维有序TiO2纳米管阵列作为锂离子电池的负极活性材料时,具有比表面积大,锂离子扩散距离短,无需额外的粘结剂和导电剂等诸多优点,故已成为近几年来的国际研究热点之一。本文首次综述了阳极氧化法制备的三维有序TiO2纳米管阵列作为锂离子电池负极活性材料的最新研究进展。
Three-dimensional(3D)ordered TiO2 nanotubes array prepared by anodization method has been widely studied in the fields such as photocatalysis,photovoltaic devices,semi-conductor and so on,while there are fewreports about its applications as anode active material in Lithium ion battery.In fact,when 3D ordered TiO2 nanotubes array is used as the anode active materials in Li ion battery,it possesses many advantages such as larger specific surface area,shorter diffusion distance of Li+,no need of additional binder and conductive agent.Therefore,3Dordered TiO2 nanotubes array anode has become one of hot international topics.In this article,the state-of-the-art research progress about its applications as the anode active material in Lithium ion battery was reviewed for the first time.
