Research and Development Status of Chromium-Free Passivation Mechanism

摘要 在工业生产中大部分应用铬酸盐钝化技术,能够在金属表面形成有自愈能力的钝化膜,使金属的综合防腐蚀性能提高。但是六价铬对人体和环境有很大的危害,因此研发新型的无铬钝化液成为近年来的研究热点。现有的无铬钝化分为无机钝化和有机钝化2大类。介绍了无机钝化和有机钝化的钝化机理、钝化特点、发展现状和各自的优缺点,并指出未来有机物-无机缓蚀剂相结合的无铬钝化技术是研究的重点方向。 Most applications of chromate passivation technology in industrial production can form a self-healing passivation film on the metal surface,which improves the comprehensive anti-corrosion performance of the metal.However,hexavalent chromium is harmful to the human body and the environment,so the development of new chromium-free passivation solution has become a hot spot in recent years.The present chromium-free passivation methods are divided into two categories:organic inorganic passivation and organic passivation.The passivation mechanism,passivation characteristics,development status and advantages and disadvantages of inorganic passivation and organic passivation were summarized.Moreover,it was pointed out that the chromium-free passivation technology combined with organic-inorganic corrosion inhibitor was the key research direction in the future.
